Brooklyn Global Prep - French & Mandarin Immersion Preschool & Daycare

French is a young, vibrant, international language with over 275 million speakers. More than 96 million live in Africa, and it also represents the 2nd most widely spoken native and foreign language in Europe.

At Brooklyn Global Prep, children are immersed in either Mandarin or French language and culture. Our hands on curriculum is designed for children who are on the journey of learning a second language through a full immersion environment.

Children 16 – 24 months experience new emotions as they gain some more independence. Using the Reggio approach children are given the freedom to explore the world around them in a safe and peaceful environment.

Children 2 – 3 years old begin to develop language, an increased attention span and greater physical capabilities in one fell swoop. Our classrooms environment supports physical, emotional, and social development in a fun way.

Children 4 – 5 years old are more engaged in our interdisciplinary STEAM activities. In preschool, language skills expand rapidly as the children communicate in more complex compound sentences. 

Children over 5 years old are preparing to enter 1st grade. Each Reggio Emilia classroom has teachers who are trained to customize learning based on the children’s interests and needs while meeting all academic standards.
